Dismantling, removal, and full reconstruction of mechanical and industrial structures — bringing worn or damaged equipment back to full working condition.
OVERVIEW
TORN DOWN RIGHT, BUILT BACK STRONGER
Every structure and machine, dismantled and restored to full working condition.
Where Fabrication & Modification builds new steelwork from scratch, Build & Rebuild is about what happens when something already exists but no longer works — worn structures, damaged machinery, or equipment that's reached the end of its service life. We dismantle it, assess what's salvageable, and rebuild it back to full operating condition.
Our team handles the full teardown-to-restoration process: removing damaged or worn components, stripping structures down to what's usable, and reconstructing or reassembling them to the same standard as new. This applies to structural steelwork, platforms, and mechanical machinery alike.
Where a full rebuild isn't necessary, we handle partial dismantling and targeted restoration — giving ageing structures and equipment a second working life without the cost of full replacement.
-WHAT WE FABRICATE
A sample of the dismantling, removal and rebuild work our team regularly carries out for industrial and plant clients.
Safe teardown and removal of damaged, worn or decommissioned structures and equipment.
Full strip-down and rebuild of industrial machinery back to working specification.
Rebuilding platforms, frames and support structures from the ground up after dismantling.
Restoration of motors, housings and mechanical assemblies that would otherwise be scrapped.
Teardown and reconstruction of access platforms, walkways and elevated structures.
Reassembly and commissioning of rebuilt equipment, ready for immediate operation.
WHAT WE WORK ON
Matched to your equipment, your structure, and how critical it is to keep running.
- INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY
- STRUCTURAL STEELWORK
- PLATFORMS & WALKWAYS
- CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
- TANKS & VESSELS
- MECHANICAL ASSEMBLIES
- ETC (ON REQUEST)
From first inspection to handover, every rebuild follows the same disciplined process.
We inspect the structure or machine on-site and confirm what needs to be dismantled and what can be salvaged.
01.
Damaged or worn components are safely dismantled and removed.
02.
Remaining parts are inspected, and a rebuild plan is confirmed with you before work proceeds.
03.
The structure or machine is reconstructed, rebuilt or reassembled to full working condition.
04.
Rebuilt work is inspected and tested to confirm it performs to spec.
05.
Final walkthrough with you on-site, documentation handed over, and the equipment or structure returned to service.
